We support daily more than 1000 children and adults with intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, throughout the canton of Neuchâtel. Our services aim to enhance and promote the well-being of people with disabilities throughout their lives. We are a non-profit organisation, recognised as being of public utility and founded in 1967. 

Your mission:

You assist in a residential home, people with limited autonomy in all daily life activities and in motor, creative and sensory activities.

You are responsible for the implementation of life projects and the overall support of beneficiaries accommodated in a residential home.

You commit to meeting the specific needs of beneficiaries in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Your profile:

You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a Socio-Educational Assistant and ideally have several years of experience in the field of disability.

You place great importance on the well-being of service beneficiaries, the satisfaction of their families and legal representatives, particularly ensuring the quality of relationships.

With a positive and constructive mindset, you enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating personal initiative.

Start date: Immediately or to be agreed
