We are looking for the CMS of Avenches at a rate between 50%-60%, a

Mission:

  • Collaborate on the medico-social care project (support in the form of help and care) based on respect for the principle of the person’s autonomy.
  • Participate in monitoring the client’s situation evolution, in collaboration with the client, their circle, the interdisciplinary team and the attending physicians.
  • Provide clients with services such as basic care, nursing care, household help and family assistance.

Profile:

  • Hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an ASSC.
  • Have, if possible, experience in home care.
  • Be available to work during the day, evenings and weekends.
  • Be capable of working independently and in an interdisciplinary manner.
  • Hold a driving licence and own a vehicle (possibility to use a company vehicle).
  • Knowledge of German would be an asset.
