The Service of French-language education (SEnOF) is responsible for the pedagogical leadership and management of education at various levels of schooling in the French-speaking part of the canton. It oversees the pedagogical supervision of private schools and homeschooling. Why join us? In compliance with the guidelines set by the Service of Education (SEnOF) and the Directorate of Culture and Affairs (DFAC), the social worker's tasks are: Support the school in its responsibility to develop and maintain a quality educational environment; Prevent problems, detect them, and develop solutions at the level of all actors in the school (students, classes, teachers, administration, parents); Contribute to developing and maintaining a healthy educational environment that fosters learning and the development of social skills; Engage in preventive actions responding to detected issues, in collaboration with other concerned actors, on behalf of the school administration; Accompany and support students, teachers, administration, and parents. Desired profile: Bachelor's degree in social work recognized by a Higher Education Institution (University, HES) or deemed equivalent; Knowledge of the institutional environment and the Fribourg social network; Skills in the systemic field; Ability to work in a team; Ability to establish quality human relationships; Flexibility, autonomy; Proficiency in French with good knowledge of German.
