Job Description

Under the supervision of the Head of Social Media, your responsibilities will notably include:
  • Leading the brand's overall organic Social Media strategy across all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X and emerging platforms).
  • Developing, managing and monitoring the overall editorial calendar in coordination with product launches, partnerships, events, brand campaigns and business priorities.
  • Ensuring coordination between Marketing, Communication, Press Relations, Events, CRM, E-commerce teams as well as agencies and external partners to guarantee smooth project execution.
  • Managing Social Media projects end-to-end, from briefing and planning phases to production, validation, publication and performance analysis.
  • Overseeing the creation and production of premium content tailored to each platform: visuals, videos, reels, stories, carousels and other innovative formats.
  • Ensuring respect for brand identity, luxury positioning and Hublot's tone of voice across all published content.
  • Writing, adapting and validating editorial content and captions, ensuring their quality, coherence and relevance.
  • Coordinating internal and external creative resources to guarantee content delivery within deadlines and according to defined quality standards.
  • Maintaining constant monitoring of digital trends, social platform evolutions, sector best practices and competitive activities to identify new opportunities for the brand.
  • Tracking, analysing and interpreting the performance of Social Media content and activations through key performance indicators (KPIs) and making optimisation recommendations.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of Social Media processes, tools and best practices to ensure effective and consistent governance at an international level.
  • Ensuring respect for deadlines, priorities and defined objectives while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Profile Sought

  • Holder of a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Media or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing or content project management, ideally in luxury, watchmaking, fashion or premium industries.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of social platforms, digital usage, engagement mechanics and best practices specific to each network.
  • Strong project management, organisation, planning and priority management skills.
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English, with particular attention to detail and content quality.
  • Strong sensitivity to the luxury universe, brand storytelling and creation of high value-added content.
  • Analytical mindset and mastery of Social Media performance indicators to guide strategic decisions.
  • Autonomous, proactive, rigorous and results-oriented personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural and international teams.
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet sometimes tight deadlines.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written; any other language is an asset.
