With us, in the Social Insurance Sector, you primarily ensure the management of personnel and the technical supervision of a team of eight people. Furthermore, you are responsible for all social insurance matters within our department.

• Are you keen to take responsibility for the various processes in place in your sector and actively promote collaboration within the team?
• Do you enjoy independently handling cases in your field of activity and conducting interviews with social assistance beneficiaries?
• Do you appreciate clarifying subsidiarity issues with the various authorities?
• Are you eager to share responsibility for training young people?
• As a French speaker, do you have good oral and written knowledge of German?

• Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee
• Federal certificate as a specialist in social insurance and several years of professional experience

It goes without saying that you have already gained experience in managing a team and that you stand out through your team spirit and your ability to assert yourself depending on the situation. In addition, you have excellent oral and written expression.
