The network of Caritas Vaud's Espaces Essor welcomes and supports people in situations of exclusion (psychosocial and economic) to reintegrate them into a dynamic of social and/or professional insertion. Support in the centers is community-based, primarily using community life activities and individual meetings. For our Espace Essor in Lausanne, we are looking for: Encadrant·e / MSP_ Cuisine 60% CDI Activities:- Organize and animate cooking sessions for about ten meals, as well as propose activities around cooking based on the beneficiaries' needs;- Manage the kitchen operations (orders, cleaning, compliance with HACCP standards, etc.);- Be the point of reference for the beneficiaries and regularly evaluate them according to personalized programs;- Write reports (CAM grid);- Carry out necessary tasks for supervision (attendance, etc.);- Interact with stakeholders (OAI, CSR, etc.);- Actively engage in the development and implementation of activities;- Substitute for other supervisory staff when necessary;- Actively participate in the establishment and dynamics of the new location by facilitating the transition to a family-sized kitchen space.Your profile:- Background in social work; MSP or HES considered equivalent;- Experience in managing a kitchen;- Experience in supporting and supervising individuals or groups of vulnerable people with stabilized psychological issues and/or social difficulties and in writing reports;- You are recognized for your very good interpersonal skills and your optimism;- You appreciate diversity and are able to adapt to different interlocutors and environments;- Independent, you find solutions based on available resources and know how to manage difficult and demanding situations.- Start date: April 1- Application deadline: February 15 We look forward to your future application and thank you for your complete file sent by email.
