It offers a flexible work environment that promotes a balance between professional and private life and conditions that encourage the development of skills as well as the sharing of knowledge and experience.IEPA / POOL R1 / 80% / Fixed-term contract (6-8 months)Buildings with supervision for the elderly (IEPA) bring together independent housing, where the elderly are full tenants, as well as common areas for various activities allowing them to remain autonomous in a secure environment.Your missions and responsibilities- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by taking the necessary measures- Organize collective life within the building and ensure social assistance and support for those who request it (e.g., ensuring residents' access to social rights, helping them with their financial management, as well as with processing mail and administrative documents)- Collaborate with internal or external IMAD partners, specific to home care, and contribute to the interdisciplinary care of residents through collaboration with various partners- Work in close collaboration with the IEPA team leaders and ensure the management of social administration in compliance with IMAD procedures- Guarantee follow-up and communication with building owners and service providers (management agencies, companies) within the framework defined between the various partners- Provide on-call duty during weekends and public holidaysProfile- HES-SO degree in social work or a diploma recognized by the Swiss Conference of Universities of Applied Sciences and Universities of Social Work (SASSA)- 3 to 5 years of experience in a social environment or in the field of care (experience in geriatrics or psychiatry required)- For nursing profiles, knowledge of mental health would be an asset- Ability to work autonomously and travel within the Canton- Knowledge of the Geneva social/health network- Ease in communicating with the elderly- Rigor and organizational skills- Proficiency in standard computer tools jid6a3263baen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
