Socio-educational assistantTo complete our teams with our clients specializing in Geneva, we are looking for a socio-educational assistant. You will join a multidisciplinary team within a renowned establishment in Geneva, and you will actively participate in the well-being and comfort of the residents.Missions:- Support for beneficiaries with disabilities and multiple disabilities, both adults and children, in daily life activities and in interventions specific to their personalized project.- You contribute to the quality of care and project monitoring in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.- Collaborate with care and stewardship teams to ensure consistent care and participate in and/or develop various activities and are a source of proposals for activities.- Strengthen the autonomy and development of beneficiaries.- The activity rate is between 25 to 34 hours/week, spread over 4 days.- Daytime work.Your profile:- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a socio-educational assistant or equivalent title (SEFRI recognition for foreign diplomas).- Experience in a similar position of 2 years.- Kindness and empathy towards residents.- Rigor and respect for protocols.- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with the various professionals of the establishment.- Responsiveness and adaptability to unforeseen events.The position is to be filled from August until the end of September and potentially beyond.
