Persons with disabilities are expressly welcome.Warranty work. Our team based in Geneva is looking to fill a position of Site Manager in the Warranty sector for our General Company. Job objectives: Ensure the follow-up, management, and closure of warranty cases (TCE) on completed projects. Ensure cost control, traceability of files, and clear visibility on warranty cases. Represent Implenia to clients and partners for all warranty-related matters. Contribute to continuous quality improvement through analysis of recurring defects and feedback to execution teams.Tasks and responsibilities: - Ensure the follow-up, analysis, and handling of client defect notifications via dedicated tools (e.g., Resolving, Conject, Olmero).- Establish response proposals for clients, coordinate actions with the relevant departments, and ensure the formal resolution of defects.- Prepare and send defect notifications to subcontractors, suppliers and organize necessary interventions.- Conduct site inspections and participate, when applicable, in the reception of certain defect notifications.- Ensure collaboration with clients, partners, and internal support functions for all warranty-related matters.- Perform quality checks upstream, on ongoing projects or in the phase of completion to anticipate defects before delivery.- Participate in meetings between execution teams and the Warranty service, analyze transfer files, and verify the completeness of documents.- Identify recurring defects, analyze causes, and provide quality feedback to execution teams in a continuous improvement approach.- Collaborate with the legal department for the follow-up of sensitive files and management of related correspondence.- Monitor bank guarantees (clients, subcontractors, and suppliers). - Update financial dashboards, contribute to and oversee MIS in collaboration with the Warranty project manager.- Ensure the archiving and traceability of warranty service files, as well as the drafting of meeting minutes.Profile sought: - Technical background and experience in building or civil engineering (CFC, ES, or HES).- Proven experience in site management, project follow-up, or warranty management, ideally in a construction company.- Knowledge of construction techniques and of the reception process.- Skills and abilities: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Rigor, sense of organization, and autonomy. Ease in client relations and capacity to manage sensitive issues with good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, legal, internal teams). Proficiency in common tools and tracking software.
