For our Champagne site, we are looking for, for a quick start, our future: SITE QUALITY MANAGER

Your MAIN tasks:

• Monitoring and updating raw material specifications
• Conducting hygiene audits on site
• Monitoring control plans and production record checks
• Training staff (hygiene, control, etc.)
• Conducting internal audits
• Active participation in HACCP monitoring
• Writing and monitoring customer specifications
• Proofreading packaging texts
• Various administrative tasks related to quality management (archiving, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Food technology engineer by training, with several years of proven experience in a similar position;
• Proficient in SAP (a plus) and comfortable with the Office suite;
• Fluent in English (read, spoken, and written), knowledge of German is a plus;
• Capable of absorbing a large amount of information and processing it according to required priorities;
• Flexible with working hours, committed, responsive, stress-resistant, and responsible.
