Site Manager (all genders) in EPSM - LausanneActivity rate: 100%Location: LausanneStart date: To be agreedFor one of our clients, a medicalized psychosocial establishment (EPSM) in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a Site Manager to ensure the steering and management of a multidisciplinary team.ResponsibilitiesAs Site Manager, you guarantee the proper functioning of the establishment both clinically and operationally. You ensure the quality of care, the well-being of residents, and the support of teams in a continuous improvement approach.Main responsibilities- Ensure the operational and clinical management of the site.- Supervise, support, and develop the skills of the teams.- Guarantee the quality, safety, and continuity of care and support.- Ensure compliance with legal, institutional requirements, and internal procedures.- Participate in the development and monitoring of institutional projects.- Manage human resources, schedules, and aspects related to the function.- Collaborate closely with management and internal and external partners.- Promote a culture of good treatment, quality, and continuous improvement.Profile- Diploma in nursing or recognized by the Red Cross.- Confirmed experience in clinical practice and team management.- Training in management required.- CAS in management desired.
