Our company: EO ARCHITECTES SA is active in the fields of architecture project design, construction, and project management. Our clients are both public and private. Comprising 9 people, we develop our projects in a dynamic team spirit and offer a progressive, open, and motivating position for: Site Manager. Holder of specific qualifications and/or solid experience in the field of building construction. Knowledge of construction and minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural firm in Switzerland. Familiarity with common tools (MS Office) and project management tools (Deltaproject, FastTrack Schedule, or similar). Good command of French, both spoken and written. Autonomous, dynamic, flexible, with a pronounced ease in human contacts and enjoying teamwork. Responsibilities include drafting technical concept specifications, project execution development, preparing submissions and calls for tenders, site monitoring, and management of site accounting. Knowledge of aspects related to public procurement is an asset. In the role: As an autonomous function, the site manager contributes to the success of the execution phases and the site during the construction of the work. They participate in construction details with the design architects. They calculate preliminary measurements, prepare submissions based on the tender documents, and proceed with calls for tenders to companies. They develop the site schedule, control milestones and deadlines, and ensure adherence to timelines. They anticipate difficulties and propose realistic solutions. They organize and coordinate the interventions of contractors. They organize and lead site meetings and prepare minutes. They check the measurements and invoices from contractors. They organize and participate in the acceptance of works.
