People with disabilities are expressly welcome.Construction Site Manager - Structural Works (specializing in and Geneva)Job Objectives:Ensure the management and monitoring of structural work within the framework of projects, while respecting costs, deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements specific to interventions on existing structures. Identify technical constraints of the existing construction and propose suitable and optimized execution solutions. Supervise the construction teams and ensure efficient, safe, and compliant execution.Tasks and Responsibilities:- Prepare, plan, and organize structural work on projects, conduct site surveys, analyze the existing construction, and anticipate structural and architectural constraints.- Define execution methods adapted to the particularities of the existing building (phasing, partial demolitions, reinforcements, etc.) and coordinate the structural work teams (internal and subcontractors), ensuring daily follow-up and controlling the technical quality of the work.- Strictly monitor compliance with safety standards, especially in constrained environments characteristic of the work.- Manage cost reporting: daily reports, productivity rates, and monthly analyses.- Establish measurements, specifications, supplementary estimates, requests for proposals, and negotiate with subcontractors.- Ensure management: minutes, site reports, monitoring of the structural work schedule, technical management.- Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients regarding all aspects of structural work: progress, constraints, risks, technical needs.- Participate in site meetings representing Implenia within the structural work scope and ensure proper communication of issues, constraints, and technical solutions.- Participate in partial and final receptions, ensuring the resolution of any reservations related to the structural work.Profile sought:- Degree in civil engineering, technician in construction management, or equivalent (CFC + ES/HES or equivalent).- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in managing structural work sites, ideally in and knowledge of SIA standards, construction techniques, and specifics related to existing structures.- Analytical skills and the ability to manage unexpected circumstances with rigor and autonomy.- Leadership on the ground and ability to mobilize teams.- Comfort in communicating with clients and the ability to represent Implenia effectively.- Mastery of monitoring and management tools in French.Benefits:- Dynamic and exciting work environment.- Competitive salaries and additional benefits based on pension schemes with different annual salary scales.- Accident insurance covered at up to 33 days of vacation days compensated per year.Join our page: Working at Implenia is - Implenia AGWe offer:Our employees are our priority.
