Benefits in Visp: https://bit.ly/3wjkoFi The Logistics Shipment Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring shipments of final drug substance in full compliance with GMP, GDP, and all regulatory requirements. The role ensures timely, secure, and efficient transportation to internal and external partners, while safeguarding product integrity and maintaining complete documentation and traceability throughout the logistics process. What you will do: Plan and schedule domestic and international shipments of final drug substance. Ensure compliance with GDP, customs regulations, and contractual requirements. Coordinate cold chain / temperature-controlled transport with freight forwarders and logistics partners. Prepare and review shipping documents, including customs paperwork and CoAs. Track shipments and resolve delays, temperature excursions, or logistics issues. Maintain accurate shipment data in SAP and collaborate with QA on release and deviations. Provide documentation for audits and support continuous improvement of logistics processes. What we are looking for: Bachelor-s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in distribution planning, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations (experience within a GMP environment is a strong advantage). Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, shipment planning, and documentation requirements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an asset.
