Your missionAs part of the strengthening of our client's industrial activities, we are looking for a Team Leader on a 2x8 shift schedule, to manage a team of 25 to 30 people. As a Team Leader, you will drive daily production activity and ensure performance while focusing on soft skills: leadership, team spirit, and setting an example.Your responsibilities:- Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team on a daily basis.- Supervise and coordinate activities on the lines and ensure the smooth running of the production program.- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with deadlines.- Check and validate product conformity (quality, yield, scrap) and monitor performance indicators.- Plan human and material resources according to production objectives.- Manage contingencies, identify malfunctions, propose corrective actions, and coordinate interventions with maintenance.- Ensure communication between production, technical services, and support departments and implement necessary adjustments.- Develop versatility and support employees (skills monitoring, interviews).- Actively contribute to continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).Your profile:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in a technical trade (mechanics, polymechanic, machines, etc.), ideally supplemented by a foreman/team leader certification (or equivalent).- Confirmed experience in team management in an industrial environment (ideally 5 years minimum).- Solid management and team leadership skills (20 to 30 people).- Ease in leadership and ability to manage conflicts.- Knowledge of industrial processes and labor safety.- Proficiency in an ERP and production monitoring tools.- Soft skills: team spirit, reliability, flexibility, openness to change, sense of responsibility.- French spoken and written mastered.- Willing to work in a shift schedule (2x8).What we offer:- A modern, rewarding, and evolving industrial environment.- A field position with autonomy and responsibility.- A culture oriented towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement. jid08dbde5aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
