Then this position is for you.What you will do:Within our Services team, you contribute to the smooth operation and development of the bank by taking charge of the following activities:- Process current accounting entries and perform quarterly closings of the bank.- Manage formalities related to pension provision (2nd and 3rd pillars).- Control and update client master data related to various banking products.- Process payment traffic transactions in Switzerland and abroad.- Manage formalities related to investments and ensure their follow-up.- Manage the telephone switchboard by identifying client needs and guaranteeing a quality experience.- Collaborate closely with the various sectors of the bank and provide support in various administrative tasks.What you bring:- Completed commercial training (CFC commercial employee), ideally in the banking sector or with experience in back-office, banking, and/or accounting functions.- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor in the execution of tasks.- Service and client orientation.- Ease of communication, team spirit, and pleasure in collaborating with different stakeholders.- Flexibility, ability to manage several activities simultaneously, and resistance to stress.- Very good command of tools and work methods.- Experience within the Raiffeisen Group constitutes an asset.What we offer you:- A varied position at the heart of the operation of a human-sized bank with 25 committed employees.- A modern work environment favoring autonomy and flexibility.- Attractive employment conditions and development possibilities.- We work in a friendly environment.- Values are our pillars.
