ScopeOur client requires an experienced ServiceNow SPM Solution Architect to handle the implementation and further development of ServiceNow SPM (Demand, Project, Resource, Financials, Agile), as well as the harmonization and optimization of portfolio and project management processes. Responsibilities* Workshops and requirements analysis.* Oversight of technical implementation and quality assurance.* Interface design and alignment.* Advising business and IT stakeholders.* Documentation, standards, and best practices. Skills & Experience* Several years of experience with ServiceNow.* In-depth understanding of the platform, integrations, Flow Designer, and reporting.* Experience in process design (Demand, PPM, Agile).* Strong communication and architectural skills.* Certifications such as CIS SPM/ITBM, CSA, and ITIL are desirable.
