We are at home throughout Europe and always close to our customers.ServiceNow Developer (f/m/d)Be your best with BechtleFor one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer (f/m/d) responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business applications and solutions.About the mission- Analyze functional requirements, define adapted technical solutions, identify associated risks, and document architectural choices.- Design, configure, develop, and maintain business applications on ServiceNow App Engine and Customer Service Management, prioritizing standard platform functionalities.- Develop and maintain workflows, client-side and server-side scripts, as well as technical components, notably with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.- Create and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP services, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, XML, and JSON.- Ensure the quality of deliverables through testing, technical documentation, deployment procedures, support to project teams, and regular monitoring of risks and progress.Profile- HES degree, bachelor's degree, EPF engineering degree, or equivalent experience.- Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in ServiceNow development, specifically on App Engine and Customer Service Management modules.- Very good command of the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, the data model, client-side and server-side scripting mechanisms, as well as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-CSM certifications; knowledge of Integration Hub, Flow Designer, UI Builder, or Service Portal constitutes an advantage.- Analytical and problem-solving skills, rigor, autonomy, service orientation, ability to work in a team, and ease in communication with technical and business stakeholders.What we offer- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Development and enhancement of potential: wide range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Suisse SABechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the following areas: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
