Your tasks:

• Ensure, within the given deadlines and according to quality standards, the proper technical functioning of all devices installed in the defined region, as well as participate in interventions in the key accounts area (including weekend on-call service)
• Optimise service delivery to assigned customers, respecting quality requirements
• Prepare installation materials, including devices, for customer-specific solutions concerning draft beverage dispensing installations
• Install, adjust, calibrate and test draft beverage dispensing installations within deadlines and according to technical requirements
• Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, overhauls and cleaning of draft beverage dispensing installations, refrigerators and beverage vending machines
• Dismantle draft beverage dispensing installations
• Perform maintenance work on our draft beverage dispensing installations
• Complete administrative tasks within deadlines (intervention reports, material management, work orders, etc.)
• Receive customer complaints and needs, then forward them to the relevant departments and responsible persons
• Ensure timely administrative processing related to the devices and installations handled
• After successful completion of the probation period, provide on-call service one weekend every two months (Fri/Sat/Sun – no night work), with additional remuneration of course

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as electrician, mechanic or equivalent completed training
• Professional experience in an identical or similar role
• You consider your customers as partners and support them with a true sense of service
• You stand out through a professional attitude as well as an entrepreneurial spirit
• You enjoy working on projects
• You are autonomous, service-oriented, committed and enjoy teamwork
• The position requires high availability for travel, as you will regularly work directly at customers’ premises
• Excellent command of German, both spoken and written
