Your mission:Plan and optimize the interventions of our technicians (installations, commissioning, maintenance, repairs) in the region and track all service orders from processing work reports to follow-up, including payment control, and spare parts orders. Be the first point of contact: welcoming, providing information, and first-level assistance for our clients. Ensure communication between clients, technical teams, and internal/external services, directly contributing to [outcome/result] and performance. Actively contribute to the work and internal developments of the service.Your profile:You hold a CFC in business administration with an affinity for technology, or a technical CFC (HVAC, electrotechnics, electronics, etc.) with proficiency in administrative tasks. Recognized for your sense of [organization/prioritization] and ability to prioritize, you work in a structured and reliable manner. You have a strong client orientation, enjoy solving problems, and providing quality service. You demonstrate reliability and composure, maintaining your effectiveness even during demanding periods. You are fluent in French, and knowledge of German is a significant plus.
