We are at home throughout Europe and always close to you.Service Manager (f/m/d)Be your best with bechtleFor one of our public sector clients in Geneva, we are looking for a Service Manager (f/m/d) responsible for steering Storage and Backup support services, ensuring their quality (SLA), risk management, and stakeholder management in a complex environment.Mission- Steer the Storage and Backup services roadmap, identifying developments, anticipating changes, and supporting their implementation (RUN/BUILD).- Ensure service management according to ITIL best practices (incidents, changes, service levels/SLA), including the management of events and incidents in place and monitoring performance indicators, ensuring reporting, and preparing/facilitating committees with stakeholders and partners.- Guarantee security processes and guidelines, conduct risk reviews, and define mitigation plans; contribute to internal and external audits.- Keep service repositories, CMDB / configuration items up to date and contribute to projects impacting the services under management, including planning and costing of resources.Profile- HES diploma / bachelor's degree in computer science / EPF engineer or equivalent; ITIL v3 minimum certification.- More than years of experience in IT product or service management, ideally in a complex or regulated environment, with experience in at least one project involving cross-functional teams.- Mastery of ITIL processes (incidents, changes, SLA) and proven experience in managing complex incidents/events, including risk management.- Technological culture in storage and backup allowing for effective exchange with experts (infrastructure, equipment, security, data).- Excellent command of French (oral/written), sense of service, and ability to unite cross-functionally, to structure complex situations, and to make decisions adapted to the level of criticality.Our proposal- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a comprehensive pension plan.- Development and enhancement of potential: wide range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Suisse SABechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the following areas: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
