MISSION Responsibility for monitoring and analyzing machine performance in X projects at X and managing (retrofits, relocations, training) Ensure contractual services such as Bobst Connect or coaching actively maintain and manage customer relationships Serve as the technical contact person for teams X technical training (HF/FH/ETH) or equivalent experience Several years of experience in customer service, preferably in X – ideally in mechanical and plant engineering Expertise in project management, and cost/quality control Very good German and English skills (min.
