Through its 9 medical-social centers, ASPMAD's mission is to help people of all ages, whether dependent or in need of health support, to remain in their living environment for as long as possible and to support their caregivers. It serves approximately individuals annually and covers 105 municipalities in the North. In light of the departure of the current manager, it is seeking to fill the position of: MANAGER AT 80%. Your missions:Contribute to decisions regarding the quality and safety of services provided, and manage projects related to their development or the development of human and financial resources in your department. Develop, in collaboration with the relevant services, the annual budgets of your department and contribute to the ASPMAD budgets. Foster relationships and ensure connections with authorities, local entities, umbrella organizations, and partners. Contribute to the health policy of staff in collaboration with the health and safety manager. Develop the policy in collaboration with the relevant manager and provide courses related to your activity.Your profile:You hold a degree in the medical-social field or an equivalent qualification, and you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. A degree in health management and/or a higher qualification in the clinical field would be an asset. You possess qualities of listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, and you have developed key competencies in coaching managers as well as managing resources and confirmed capabilities to federate around issues and manage human and financial resources, along with project management skills. Autonomous and decisive, you distinguish yourself by your talents in negotiation and communication, and you have a strong orientation towards results.
