Service Desk Technician 100%LabPoint Médicaux SA, part of Affidea, specializes in medicine and provides its expertise to healthcare professionals and patients. To strengthen the team at our site in Avenches, we are looking for a Service Desk Technician.Mission:- You provide technical support to users and clients for any request or incident related to IT.- You identify, analyze, and diagnose incidents in order to provide adapted solutions.- You actively participate in the onboarding of new employees.- You update and enrich documentation as well as internal knowledge bases to facilitate the resolution of recurring incidents.- You actively contribute to the team's on-call service.Profile:- You possess a CFC or a title/experience deemed equivalent.- Experience in an Azure AD (on-prem) environment.- You communicate easily in French and German, both orally and in writing; knowledge of Italian is an asset.- You have several years of experience in the field, ideally in the medical sector.- You accompany users with kindness, demonstrate great patience, and adopt a pedagogical approach adapted to their needs. jid1910417aen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
