LabPoint Medical Laboratories SA, part of Affidea, specialises in laboratory medicine and puts its expertise at the service of healthcare professionals and patients.

To strengthen the IT team at our site in Avenches, we are looking for a Service Desk Technician.

Your mission:

• You provide technical support to colleagues and clients for any IT request or incident related to the laboratories.

• You identify, analyse and diagnose incidents in order to provide appropriate solutions.

• You actively participate in onboarding new colleagues (preparing equipment and user training).

• You update and enrich documentation as well as internal knowledge bases to facilitate the resolution of recurring incidents.

• You actively contribute to the IT team’s on-call service.

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as an IT specialist or an equivalent qualification/experience.

• Experience in Azure AD (on-premises) and M365 environments.

• You communicate easily in French and German, both orally and in writing; knowledge of Italian is an asset.

• You have several years of experience in the field, ideally in the medical sector.

• You support users with kindness, show great empathy and adopt a pedagogical approach tailored to their needs.
