Continuous learning is important and allows you to stay up to date.- Other tasks complete this activity, such as contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and various other projects.What we ask of you:- You have completed professional training, preferably in the commercial field, retail, or call centers.- You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in customer service/customer support or in a field with direct client contact.- You reside in Switzerland.- French is your native language.- You have an excellent command of German.
