About the role:
As a Service Account Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery and growth of multiple global client accounts, with a special focus on the airline industry. This role blends operational responsibility, technical understanding, and strategic client engagement in a hybrid setup with great flexibility.
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple global key accounts
- Become the go-to expert for all service-related matters
- Conduct service performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate changes, incidents, and escalations
- Drive the upselling of services and new solutions
- Take the lead on small to mid-size IT projects
Your qualifications:
- A background in IT service or account management (ITIL appreciated)
- Experience with international customers and enterprise environments
- General technical high-level understanding of IT solutions such as hybrid cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP) IT infrastructure and network services
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, IAM, MS Office 365, Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Fluency in English and German
- A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
