We offer quality Franco-Italian cuisine, with an evolving menu and seasonal suggestions renewed regularly. The establishment is recognized for its reliability and consistency:- In summer: Intense activity with an average of 400 covers per day.- In winter: A pace of 200 covers per day.Rigorous organization allows us to maintain a constant level of quality, which implies selective recruitment of motivated staff.WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION CONSIST OF?In close collaboration with the head waiters, you will actively participate in the smooth running of the service.
