Within this role, attached to our Methods Division, you will be responsible for supporting production processes and actively participating in continuous improvement actions based on standards that you can autonomously develop.

As the Methods Life Series contact:

• Create and update production files and tooling based on standards.
• Lead or actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, SMED, QRQC, ergonomics, etc.).
• Implement necessary actions to analyse and respond to workshop needs.
• Investigate and analyse deviations from standards, process malfunctions, and causes of waste in workshops and/or production lines.
• Identify critical operations on the line and bring them to the Patek Philippe production system standard.
• Manage projects for acquiring production means and participate in improving existing processes.
• Define and update the manufacturing reference framework.
• Implement necessary actions for the industrialisation of series products (re-industrialisations).

• ES Technician or Bachelor in mechanical/micromechanics or equivalent training.
• Minimum 3 years experience in watchmaking or micromechanics.
• Mastery of Quality tools (8D, Capability).
• Knowledge of specific tools (CAD - Solidworks an asset, ERP SAP, PLM Audros) and office tools (MS Office).
• Mastery of functional ISO dimensioning.
• Knowledge in mechanical engineering and Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, field-oriented person.
• Analytical and synthetic mind, rigour, proactive.
