In a modern and structured professional environment, you will be the main contact for your client portfolio and ensure reliable accounting compliant with the law.Main tasks:- Ensure complete accounting management of a client portfolio.- Perform data entry, bank postings, and account monitoring.- Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports, as well as ad-hoc analyses.- Process supplier invoices and execute payments.- Prepare and establish financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.- Complete VAT returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.- Maintain a regular and quality client relationship.- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes.Requirements:- Federal certificate as a finance and accounting specialist.- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland, with mastery of local specifics (VAT, standards, taxation).- Strong customer service orientation, capable of advising and supporting premium clients.- Proactive.- Excellent command of French, good level of English; German = a plus.- Versatile, very good at managing priorities, sense of confidentiality, and high level of integrity.- Proficient with office tools (Excel, Word) -- Mastery of Winbiz, Bexio, Crésus.Does this job offer suit you?
