In a structured professional environment, you will be the main contact for your client portfolio and guarantee reliable, compliant accounting.As a fiduciary accountant / manager, you will take charge of the complete accounting management of a portfolio of assignments, including:- Ensuring the complete accounting management of a client portfolio.- Performing the entry of accounting transactions, bank entries, and account monitoring.- Producing monthly and quarterly financial reports, as well as ad-hoc analyses.- Processing supplier invoices and executing payments.- Preparing and establishing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.- Carrying out VAT returns and ensuring tax compliance.- Performing tasks related to files and maintaining a regular high-quality client relationship.- Participating in the continuous improvement of internal processes and contributing to team support and cross-functional collaboration.Requirements:- Federal diploma in finance and accounting / fiduciary agent: highly appreciated (obtained or in progress).- At least 5 years of experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland, with mastery of local specifics (VAT, standards, taxation).- Strong customer service orientation, capable of proactively advising and assisting various clients.- Versatility, very good priority management, sense of confidentiality, and a high level of integrity.- Proficiency in Winbiz (or similar accounting software).Interested?
