As part of the strengthening of its R&D and process development activities, our client, a biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Senior Protein Purification Technician (DSP) to work on critical, long-term experimental campaigns.MissionYou will be responsible for executing resin lifetime studies (up to 150 cycles) within a structured, demanding, and quality-oriented environment. Your role is key to ensuring the robustness, reproducibility, and reliability of the generated data.Responsibilities- Conduct lifetime studies on various resins.- Execute experimental protocols with a high level of rigor and compliance.- Prepare buffers and solutions independently.- Operate ÄKTA systems (Pure / Avant) independently.- Monitor critical parameters in real-time: pressure, UV, pH, conductivity, flow rate.- Detect drifts and ensure structured and effective troubleshooting.- Perform CIP, storage, and conditioning operations for resins and systems.- Ensure complete, accurate, and compliant documentation (GxP type).- Contribute to data analysis and performance monitoring of resins over their lifetime.Technical Environment- ÄKTA systems (Pure / Avant)- Unicorn software (advanced level)- Equipment: balances, pH meters, conductivity meters, UV systems such as SoloVPE- Structured environment, oriented towards protocols and qualityProfile- Technician, Bachelor's or Master's degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, or equivalent.- Confirmed experience in protein purification (DSP).- Advanced mastery of ÄKTA systems and Unicorn software and purification methods.- Management of sequences and multiple cycles.- Experience in data analysis for lifetime studies / resin qualification is highly appreciated.- Good understanding of DSP processes (scale-down, development, or pilot).- Experience in a GxP or highly structured environment. jidce75ca7aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
