We are looking for a Senior Technician, Maintenance (reporting to the Team Leader, Maintenance) on a fixed-term X the end of the year who will be responsible for the performance equipment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of systems, production equipment, and facilities within a in vitro diagnostics industrial environment. He/she actively contributes to the availability, reliability, and safety of the in compliance with quality standards ( , ISO , IVDR, FDA 21 CFR Part 820 & Part 11).Note this position is on a shift (2*8).YOUR Control, Robotic & Vision Systems, PLC MES:Diagnose and resolve PLC MES, and industrial electrical failures.Implement program (according to level) and contribute to system upgrades.Improve performance equipment (yield OEE) and avoid scrap run production.Document interventions and programs, and procedures.Perform X corrective maintenance on systems.Production Equipment Maintenance:Perform X on production equipment.Contribute to equipment reliability and performance improvement with Production, Quality & IT to minimize downtime X equipment restarts.Contribute to equipment / activities (IQ/OQ/PQ, as applicable).Facilities Maintenance:Ensure maintenance of general facilities, including:-> HVAC / air conditioning systems,-> Utility networks (compressed air, vacuum),-> Facility safety systems.-> Building supervision, monitoring & electrical and follow up on external contractor in ensuring compliance of facilities.Quality & Compliance:Report any in root cause analysis in he of CAPAs.Actively contribute to the management of non-conformities and in with the Quality involved in internal and external audits and act a field expert when good practices and adhere to quality standards.Contribute to the of procedures and work instructions.Continuous Improvement OPEX & Performance:Identify inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities in processes.Actively in LEAN (5S, Kaizen, VSM) X production area.Propose ideas to improve workflows, methods, or work tools.Contribute to the monitoring of performance Health, and Safety (EHS):Ensure enforcement of EHS rules on the shop risky and in preventive actions.Proactively suggest improvements for workplace safety and working conditions.Support the and of and COMPETENCIESTechnician Maintenance with more 8 years of experience or Engineer MaintenanceSignificant experience in robotic, vision, systemsGood knowledge of cGMP sExperience in clean room X Medical Device and & issue solving skillsAble to identify and manage a root cause analysisIT skills to use software like RockwellPunctual, flexible and responsibleFluent in English and WE OFFERA highly dynamic and growing environment,An opportunity to live your passion for an intrapreneurial mindset, where and customer centricity heart of everything we do,A flexible working environment where applicable and a range of core and flexible benefits, ranging from X support, additional annual leave, cycle to work scheme, technology and access to marketplace discounts.Interested?
