Senior Technical Lead Software (Rust)

You act as a technical lead for a cross-functional software team developing integrated solutions for molecular diagnostics systems.

Tasks

Translate complex business and customer needs into effective technical solutions
Design and develop software solutions meeting regulatory requirements and quality attributes
Guide the team in best practices including code reviews, testing and continuous integration
Act as a mentor and role model guiding team members in technical development
Collaborate with Product Owners, System Architects, Solution Architects and System Engineers

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Development/Engineering
Several years of proven experience in software development
Experience with Rust including ownership, borrowing and lifetimes, or willingness to learn Rust with experience in C++
Experience with event-driven architecture, DDD, TDD, BDD or containerization technologies is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to foster inclusive, collaborative teams
Certified ISAQB or equivalent is a plus
