Job Description

To do so, here are the main tasks:
Logistics Operations (receiving, storage, preparation, shipping)
- Manage logistics operations, including receiving, storage, order preparation, packing, shipping, and online order management.
- Ensure same-day shipping of orders under optimal economic conditions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimise warehouse layout and systems.
- Collaborate with brand teams to implement B2B and e-commerce logistics solutions.
- Lead and supervise a dedicated team as team leader, fostering a culture of excellence and responsibility.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support logistics-related projects and lead reengineering efforts.
- Train apprentices and support employee development programmes.
- Work in synergy with other team leaders to improve efficiency and productivity.
Use of digital tools and adherence to processes
- Daily work with tablets and scanners.
- Follow guided processes while maintaining logical thinking.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital processes.
Profile
- Federal diploma in logistics or equivalent.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in team management.
- Experience in layout engineering and process optimisation.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP EWM system, SAP
- R3 and S4/Hana, KEP, AutoKEP, integrated manifest creation system).
- Strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and stress resistance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- This position requires a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, as well as the ability to manage complex logistics operations and lead cross-functional teams.

Languages
