**CONTEXT**
Our approach to sustainability is inspired by our history and purpose: -We Craft the Future-. In FY25, we continued building on our responsible business values and heritage. We initiated comprehensive change across our Group functions and regions, as well as our Maisons to integrate ESG principles right across our business. This past year, we undertook a systematic reshaping of Richemont-s environmental data reporting framework. We have also reinforced the foundations of our ESG framework with priorities drawn from our FY25 double materiality assessment and laid down the foundations of our ESG Impact, Risk & Opportunity Assessment.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
Reporting to the ESG Excellence Director, this position will support translating complex scientific and economic data into actionable insights to drive change in our sustainability ecosystem of Maisons, functions and regions. Your work will inform decision-making, performance management, and external disclosure, contributing to the development of holistic and integrated sustainability frameworks such as for climate change mitigation and adaptation. This includes linking policy, process, and data, ensuring consistency across the Group.
This role will be in charge of the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
* Support the evolution of Richemont-s approach to ESG impact, risk & opportunity assessment, an essential pillar of the Group-s ESG management system.
* Contribute to the implementation of a data-driven and science-based process for ESG Risk, Impact and Opportunity identification and monitoring throughout the whole value chain.
* Execute ESG impact, risk & opportunity assessments, including performing quantitative assessments of physical risks and transition risk scenario analysis in close collaboration with Functions and Maisons, and collaborate with Group Finance to translate economic and physical projections into impacts on financial statements.
* Collaborate to the development and implementation of Group Frameworks for environmental impacts and risks mitigation.
* Contribute to formulation and implementation of Group Policies and Guidelines for climate change mitigation and adaptation, assess their effectiveness and impact, and identify areas for improvement or revision.
* Contribute to integrate operating frameworks and processes into sound inputs to continuously evolve accounting process, internal performance management and digitalisation.
* Keep abreast of evolving ESG regulations, standards and industry trends, and provide recommendations to inform future programs and initiatives.
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
**Knowledge & Skills**
* Good knowledge of compliance and risk management, with emphasis on ESG field
* Familiarity with Business Continuity and Supply Chain resilience intertwined concepts
* Familiarity with science-based targets (SBT, SBTN) and sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g. GRI, ESRS, SASB, etc.)
* Familiarity with IPCC and other global, regional and local climate scenarios
* Prior exposure to GHG accounting methodologies (Corporate, Product and Project GHG accounting)
* Proven communication and influencing skills
* Detail oriented self-starter who can influence across functions and diverse stakeholder groups
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time management and multitasking skills
* Knowledge or understanding of the luxury sector
* English and French critical languages.
**Education & experience:**
* Master-s degree (or equivalent) in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability, decarbonisation program or climate risk-related roles, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain contexts.
* Track record of change management processes and demonstrated experience in working with multiple stakeholders to successfully execute complex projects
* Strong quantitative skills and proven experience with risk modelling, scenario analysis, and translating results into financial impacts.
* Experience in working with cross-functional teams and operationalising sustainability frameworks across large organisations.

* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of ESG risk management methodologies and frameworks
* Demonstrate results-oriented project management capabilities with excellent written and verbal communication style and ability to influence and lead cross-functional partnerships
* Experience of being a self-starter and comfortable in fast-paced environments
* Effective multitasker, problem solver and stakeholder manager.
