For an important pharmaceutical industrial company, to join his Global Supply Chain team, we are looking for an experienced :
Senior Specialist Inventory Replenishment H/F
In this role, you will ensure accurate inventory levels across international network and secure product availability for commercial markets and new product launches.
- Organize physical inventory counts and perform monthly reconciliation of finished goods across our hubs.
- Investigate and adjust inventory discrepancies in collaboration with Finance.
- Manage the destruction process for consigned inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure alignment with financial statements and operational reports.
- Provide inventory analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes within the Supply Chain.
- Monitor inventory KPIs and lead corrective actions when needed.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and support additional tasks as required.
PROFIL ATTENDU
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of inventory processes and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and highly organized.
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and collaboration; able to work both independently and cross-functionally.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive decisions to closure.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
