Authority / purpose of the position
This position is responsible for the management of the Swiss warehouse and logistics center, primarily handling daily operations such as warehousing, logistics, import/export, and exploring/establishing related new business processes. Key activities include daily inbound/outbound operations, packing and shipping, logistics tracking, import/export customs clearance, warehouse upgrades, research, evaluation, and setup of new business processes, and optimization of existing ones. The role also involves researching import/export policies in various European countries. The incumbent is expected to continuously improve team efficiency, reduce operational costs, guide team collaboration, enhance team morale, ultimately improving customer experience, ensuring team goals are met, and contributing to the company's business development.
Main Responsibility/ Job Expectations
, verify, and put away products into inventory, including physical and system operations (ERP & WMS), ensuring timely and accurate inbound processing.

procurement of warehouse consumables, equipment, and office supplies; research and onboard new suppliers to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Knowledge/Experience/Competence
Qualifications (Knowledge, Experience, Competence):
(Education/Major/Certification):
College Degree or above.
Major in International Supply Chain Management or International Trade is preferred.
Native German; proficient communication skills in English.
(Professional, Project/Process, Leadership):
Priority will be given to candidates with relevant
work/management experience in Swiss or German warehouse and logistics centers.
