Senior Consultant SAP Process Integration

General Purpose

Amer Sports Financial Shared Service is seeking an ambitious Senior Consultant SAP Process Integration. In your role, you will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of connections in common EDI languages (e.g. EDIFACT, ANSI X.12) and proprietary formats (e.g. XML, CSV). As a member of an international team and in cooperation with our customers and vendors you will be responsible for integration of processes into our global SAP ERP systems. With your expertise, you will analyse upcoming service requests, take the ownership of those and coordinate support activities with the global SAP team, if needed.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Lead the implementation of SAP integration using SAP PI/PO and other tools within the SAP Integration Suite.
2. Provide expert guidance to junior consultants and development teams in designing and developing integration scenarios.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring the stability and performance of integration solutions.
4. Perform system analysis, performance tuning, and optimization to enhance the overall integration process.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP integration technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
6. Act as a subject matter expert for SAP integration best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant area (e.g., Computer Science)

Knowledge

1. 5+ years of professional experience in designing of SAP Interface Solutions (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI - SAP Cloud Process Integration, SAP backend integration/API)
2. Good knowledge with SAP interface development and programming skills in XSLT and JAVA
3. Strong proficiency in designing and implementing complex integration scenarios, including experience with various integration patterns and protocols.
4. Advanced level in ABAP development (ABAP OO is an advance)
5. Proven expertise in SAP PI/PO and formats like (IDOC, EDIFACT, XML, …)
6. Good process knowledge in at least two SAP modules (SD, MM, LE, FI, PP, HR)
7. Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, in particular processes in incident management
8. Fluent English

Years of experience

At least 5-10 years of SAP PI/PO Integration consultant experience.
