For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager Assistant RUS / ENG in 100% one\-year fixed term contract and based in Zurich. The collaborator will join the Russian Desk of the Private Bank.

Description
Relationship Management Support
Providig comprehensive support to a Senior Relationship Manager in managing client relationships;
Serving as a primary point of contact for clients regarding administrative and operational requests;
Ensuring the delivery of high\-quality and personalizing client service;
Coordinating meetings, client reviews, business trips, and client events;
Maintaining regular communication with clients and ensure timely follow\-up of requests.
Client Account Administration
Supporting account opening, account maintenance, and account closing processes;
Preparing and reviewing client documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements;
Ensuring completeness and accuracy of KYC, AML, tax, and onboarding documentation;
Monitoring documentation renewals and client records;
Coordinating with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams.
Investment \& Transaction Support
Processing client instructions related to payments, foreign exchange transactions, securities trading, and cash management;
Monitoring transaction execution and follow up on outstanding instructions;
Preparing investment proposals, portfolio reviews, performance reports, and client presentations;
Assising the Relationship Manager in the preparation of investment and credit\-related documentation;
Coordinate with investment advisors, portfolio managers, and product specialists.
Regulatory and Compliance Support
Ensuring adherence to Swiss banking regulations and internal compliance standards;
Conducting periodic reviews of client files and risk classifications;
Monitoring and supporting AML and KYC requirements;
Escalating potential compliance concerns promptly and appropriately;
Maintaining accurate records and audit\-ready documentation.
Business Development Support
Assisting in preparing marketing presentations and client proposals;
Supporting client acquisition efforts and onboarding processes;
Participating in client events and networking initiatives;
Helping identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and increase wallet share.
Profile
Bachelor's and / or Master degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
Professional banking qualification or certification is an advantage;
Minimum 5\-10 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or a related financial services environment;
Proven experience supporting Senior Relationship Managers serving HNWI and UHNWI clients;
Strong understanding of private banking products, investment services, and banking operations;
Experience working with international and Russian\-speaking clientele is highly desirable;
Excellent language skills in Russian;
Very good language skills in English;
Good language skills in German / French as an asset;
Strong knowledge of private banking and wealth management processes;
Familiarity with Swiss regulatory and compliance requirements;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams);
Experience with Avaloq, Temenos, Finnova, or similar private banking platforms is highly desirable;
Excellent reporting and documentation skills;
