Générale Ressorts is a watchmaking subcontractor and member of the Acrotec Group, with over 150 years of expertise in the manufacturing of springs. To strengthen our teams, we are looking for:Experienced Quality Engineer, permanent contract, 100%Main missions- Guarantee compliance with quality requirements throughout production processes, ensure the reliability of production means, and contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes (cold rolling, bending, heat treatment, and assembly).- Analyze production anomalies, quality defects, and tolerance deviations to identify root causes.- Deploy and monitor sustainable technical solutions in collaboration with the Production and Methods departments.- Manage internal non-conformities using structured problem-solving tools.- Ensure the updating and enrichment of defect libraries to support self-inspection in production.- Optimize and maintain control plans and inspection instructions.- Monitor, analyze, and improve quality indicators to ensure the performance of production lines.- Implement and manage Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools to ensure production stability.- Raise awareness, train, and support production teams regarding quality requirements and new standards.- Participate in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.- Provide quality support during new product development and industrialization phases.Profile- Higher technical education in the fields of quality, mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent.- Confirmed experience in a process quality role within an industrial environment, ideally in the watchmaking sector.- Mastery of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools.- Experience in writing and managing quality documentation.- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as cold rolling, bending, heat treatment, or assembly is a plus.- Proficiency with quality tracking tools and software.- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.- Analytical mindset and ability to propose solutions.- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with production teams, support departments, and management.- Sense of responsibility and autonomy in managing priorities.We offer- A corporate culture based on trust and employee development.- A competitive social benefits package, in accordance with the watchmaking collective agreement (including 5 weeks of vacation).- Various outings and team events.- Flexible working arrangements, contributing to a sustainable work-life balance.Start date: Immediately or by arrangement.Are you currently looking for a new challenge and do you recognize yourself in the description above?
