## Job Description ##


**Subject Matter Expert:** Serve as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for all purchasing activities, providing guidance and support to internal teams.

**Process Management:** Act as the guardian of procurement processes, managing all purchase requests in a timely manner and issuing purchase orders to vendors in accordance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

**Vendor Lifecycle Management:** Collaborate with vendors and the teams/Squads throughout the entire vendor lifecycle, from Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and onboarding to renewals and terminations.

**Data Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor data, contract data, and the contract repository, ensuring all information is readily accessible and properly organized.

**Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Work closely with our Security and Legal departments to process vendor and contract review activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

**Post-Contract Support:** Provide support for post-contract activities, including delivery confirmation and receipt of goods and services.

**Finance Support:** Assist our Finance team with the payment and reconciliation of monthly statements and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**Vendor Relationship Management:** Support the review, development, and maintenance of vendor relationships, ensuring high service quality and addressing any issues that arise.

**Expense Management:** Assist in the expense management process, ensuring all expenses are tracked, reviewed, and managed effectively.

**Process Improvement:** Participate in continuous internal process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Master in supply chain or purchasing,
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position (technological industriy is a plus),
* Good understanding of all vendor categories is an asset,
* Strong customer focus and attention to details,
* Confortable with complexity and change,
* Multitask and manage multiple deadlines,
* Capabilities to work in a team and autonomously,
* Management experience is a plus, (project management as well)
* Excellent English communication (C1 minimum) and French is a plus.
