Your missionSenior Project ManagerYour missionThe Project Office, in general, is in charge of managing the institution's project portfolio. It leads high-stakes projects, improves project steering, and supports directorates and jurisdictions in managing their projects. It is composed of 6 project managers and one head. Within the framework of your activity, you will be responsible for leading one or more projects in the portfolio for the institution, specifically:- Ensure the definition of the concept and the management of transverse or management projects, or even lead workstreams falling under project programs;- Guarantee the sizing, load capacities, security, and sustainability of the projects or workstreams carried out;- Identify issues related to your project and propose potential solutions;- Lead reflections aimed at detailing the selected solutions with a view to their implementation and deployment;- Manage the project team composed of business representatives and members of support directorates, in particular information systems;- Advise members of project teams or decision-making bodies, participate in the constant improvement of project management methods, and develop tools and models.Your profile?You hold a master's degree (university or HES) supplemented by a certification in project management. You have 5 to 8 years of experience in the field of project management, including a minimum of 3 years in steering complex and transverse projects.Autonomous, organized, proactive, and endowed with a strong sense of leadership, you know how to identify issues, communicate with clarity, and if necessary, negotiate in difficult situations. You have an interest in the judicial environment and public administration issues, ease in working in a team, sharing knowledge, as well as good resistance to stress. You are proactive, know how to prioritize your project activities, and possess a strong analytical mind.Specific skills characterizing the position:- Professional experience in project management of more than 5 years: management of teams and stakeholders, drafting of deliverables, budget management, risk management, and experience in change management on projects;- Experience in functional management of multidisciplinary teams;- Confirmed experience in high-stakes projects, in dialogue with directors or managers as well as governance bodies, particularly in conducting work sessions, drafting minutes, reporting, and managing the portfolio of requests;- Perfect command of the French language, very good writing quality, and excellent synthesis skills; experience in drafting various types of documents, such as opportunity or variant studies, project manuals;- Ease in public speaking, in the context of steering committee-type bodies and working or decision-making sessions;- Mastery of waterfall project management methodologies and good knowledge of agile approaches;- Skills in business analysis;- Mastery of office tools, including project management tools.Education:- Master's degree (EPF/UNI/HES), complementary university-level training in project management or project management certification (PMI-PMP, HERMES-Advanced, IPMA-C) and in change management.What are the advantages?- A dynamic environment and attractive social benefits.- This is a permanent position.- An extract from the criminal record and an extract from the register of prosecutions and bankruptcies will be required at the end of the recruitment process.As service offers are processed electronically, we thank you for sending your complete file (cover letter, CV, copies of diplomas, and employer certificates) using only the following link: Senior Project Manager.
