You will work alongside the brightest minds in the world, help develop technology and products and contribute to our company s goal of solving the world s engineering challenges.At our Motion, Power, Sensing Division site based in Fribourg, we are currently looking for aSenior Project ManagerThe PositionAs Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for delivering the assigned engineering development projects within the cost, quality and schedule requirements, working in close cooperation with all involved functions and external partners.The main responsibilities for this role are as follows:- Follow the established guidelines for project management and the site-specific project management process- Engage internal and/or external resources to ensure fulfilment of projects- Lead and work with the cross-functional project team to solve any problems and ensure the delivery of projects in due time, cost and quality- Monitor the project performance and maintain an updated project plan with all usual internal and external reporting- Support our Sales and Marketing teams during discussions with the customer- Be accountable for the financial aspects of projects- Capture lessons learnt and contribute to process improvementProfile- University Degree (Master ideally) in engineering (mechanical, electronics, systems or any similar discipline)- 10 years of project management experience in an engineering and industrial environment (experience in a regulated environment and/or in Aerospace is an asset)- Ideally PMP certified by the PMI (if you are not certified, you will be asked to certify within 6 months after taking the role)- Experienced with design, test, and manufacturing of electrical components and/or systems- Excellent stakeholder management and communication levels- Strong team player with proven ability to work cross-functionally at a global level- Ability to plan objectives and to develop plans to grow the business- Ability to work in a changing environment and to prioritize duties to meet deadlines- Strong leadership and influencing skills- Positive mindset and can do attitude- Good level of English (spoken and written); French and/or German is an assetIf you are looking for a challenging position with the opportunity to grow in a truly global company, please send your application (resume, cover letter, reference letters and diploma) through our website.Please note only complete applications will be taken into consideration and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.We are an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on grounds of age, race, religion, ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation or disability in relation to recruitment and employment. jid360262eaen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
