Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management:
Design, implement, and actively manage multi-asset portfolios across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and derivatives
Deliver consistent risk-adjusted returns aligned with client mandates and firm objectives
Apply top-down macro views alongside rigorous bottom-up security selection
Asset Allocation & Strategy:
Develop and articulate tactical and strategic asset allocation views
Contribute to the Investment Committee and drive house views
Monitor global macroeconomic developments, market trends, and geopolitical risks
Risk Management:
Ensure robust portfolio construction with disciplined risk budgeting
Oversee liquidity, drawdown, and volatility management
Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls
Client Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth and institutional clients
Present investment strategies and performance in a clear, compelling manner
Support business development initiatives and client acquisitions
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with senior management in shaping the investment offering
Mentor junior investment professionals where relevant
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of investment processes and tools
Profile
Candidate Profile
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in portfolio management, preferably within a leading international asset manager or investment bank
Demonstrated expertise in multi-asset investing with a strong performance track record
Background in a top-tier Anglo-Saxon financial institution strongly preferred
Deep understanding of global financial markets, asset allocation frameworks, and portfolio construction techniques
Strong communication and client-facing skills with high credibility
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a boutique, agile environment
Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or equivalent strongly preferred
