The VIVA health plan is accessible to residents of the Jura Arc, guaranteeing optimal and coordinated care.To strengthen its Medicine department at the Moutier site, we are looking for the following specialist: Job Description Lead the clinical activity at the executive level in internal medicine and participate in the on-call rotations of executive physicians, ensuring optimal and secure patient care. Supervise and train physicians while coordinating care with care teams and other specialties to ensure an integrated and multidisciplinary approach. Actively contribute to the development of the internal medicine service, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with institutional projects and the Arc Network, while guaranteeing rigorous follow-up of medical records, treatments, and interventions, and providing ongoing support.Requirements:- Holder of a FMH X internal specialist title (or equivalent recognized) or have MEBEKO registration/recognition in Switzerland, or in the process of obtaining it. - Confirmed hospital experience, ideally in a physician role.- Proven expertise in medical supervision, interdisciplinary work, and team management.- Responsibilities, professional rigor, and commitment to high-quality medicine.We offer a varied and stimulating activity within a dynamic institution in constant evolution.
