Senior Personnel Consultant (M/F) at 100% - Industry & Watchmaking sector. As part of the development of our Industry & Watchmaking activity in the Geneva area, we are strengthening our team with a senior profile capable of managing a client portfolio, developing the business, and ensuring a high level of quality in recruitment and follow-up. With direct responsibility to the Agency Manager, you will play a key role in business development, client account management, and recruiting technical and watchmaking profiles, closely linked to the companies.
