Senior Pension Fund AdministratorIntroductionThe FPMB, based in Geneva, is a key player in the field of occupational pension schemes in Switzerland. We are looking for a Senior Pension Fund Administrator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of guaranteeing the financial security of our members.Responsibilities- Ensure the processing and monitoring of files related to old-age, disability, and death benefits.- Manage cases involving vested benefits transfers, home ownership promotion (WEF), divorce, buy-ins, and incapacity for work.- Respond to inquiries from insured persons by phone, in writing, and in person.- Check and validate files processed by the administration team.- Participate in the preparation and control of technical year-end closings and requests for offers and modifications of pension plans, and provide appropriate responses.- Actively contribute to projects for the continuous improvement of processes as well as the development of the institution.ProfileThe ideal candidate for this position possesses the following qualifications:- Confirmed experience of at least 10 to 15 years in the management of occupational pension schemes within a pension fund or an insurance company.- Federal Diploma as a specialist in occupational pension schemes or social insurance, or a Master's degree.- Mastery of the mechanisms of the Swiss occupational pension system (LPP).- Very good proficiency with IT tools.- Advanced mastery of Excel and standard tools.- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.- Sense of responsibility, rigor, and strong organizational skills.- Excellent command of French, both oral and written; knowledge of German or other languages is an asset.- Dynamic, committed, and endowed with an excellent sense of service.BenefitsWe offer:- A 100% permanent position with excellent social benefits.- A varied and stimulating role within a human-sized team.- A pleasant and friendly working environment in Geneva.- The opportunity to actively contribute to the development of an institution recognized in its field.(Only candidates whose profile matches the sought criteria will receive a response.) jid6b9f964aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
