Senior Payroll Consultant - Project Management & Client Consulting (SwissSalary 365) (m/f) HR Campus makes HR a success factor. You are an experienced payroll consultant, passionate about salary management, comfortable with payroll processes, and you want to put your expertise to work on exciting client projects? In this role, you support our clients in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, manage projects independently to ensure payroll processes are implemented that you can accomplish. As a project manager or sub-project leader, you accompany the projects of SwissSalary 365, ensure their success, and coordinate all processes, develop complex concepts for different types of payroll and ensure their implementation without assistance and evolve existing solutions for our clients to guarantee their satisfaction. With your expertise, you support the sales team during negotiations to convince new clients and retain existing ones. In the context of client management, you build trusting relationships with clients and maintain them in the long term.You have a commercial background, ideally complemented by a degree in human resources or social insurance. Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, with a deep understanding of the field, along with experience in project management or as a sub-project leader. Excellent knowledge of one or more payroll software. If you are not yet familiar with SwissSalary 365, no problem – we will teach you everything you need to know. You have a good command of German and French, as well as very good knowledge of English. You have a strong affinity for solutions and enjoy diving into new challenges.
