We are currently looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer to join a dynamic Product Technology & Engineering team in Münchwilen (TG), Switzerland. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of sustainable and compliant packaging solutions while working with multidisciplinary teams.Senior Packaging EngineerYour ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Packaging Engineer, you will be responsible for:- Developing and implementing cost-effective packaging solutions.- Leading packaging development activities from industrial design requirements into technically robust packaging concepts.- Managing packaging testing and validation activities.- Ensuring compliance with packaging regulations and dangerous goods requirements with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Procurement.- Managing supplier interactions, and monitoring project budgets.- Supporting continuous improvement and driving innovation within packaging.ProfileWe are looking for someone with:- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Packaging Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.- Experience in Packaging Development within an industrial environment.- Previous involvement in packaging development projects.- Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes and strong project and stakeholder management skills.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.- English (C1 minimum).- German is considered an asset.Work LocationCanton of Thurgau, SwitzerlandPlease ensure the location is compatible with your commuting before applying. jidd5a48e8aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
